What is Mycro? Why Blockchain? Our ICO Roadmap Team Whitepaper One Pager

The time and money equalizer.
powered by Ethereum

German ICO

Time and money equilibrium

We have made it our task to protect the most valuable gift life offers people: TIME.

Time connects us all irrespective of our origin or social rank. Time is limited. Time is finite. We cannot retrieve or prolong time. In today‘s world, our time is mostly controlled externally. Time is controlled by our jobs, our customers, our social obligations.

We therefore believe that every person in this world has the right to be in control of their own time. It is our vision to implement this right.

For this reason, we will create an equilibrium between time and money. We will establish a global and decentral peer-to-peer network for simple jobs. People around the world should choose themselves what they do, when and for whom they work and what their time is worth.

Our mission is to give every person access to this opportunity no matter whether they come from a village in Vietnam, the outskirts of Berlin or from Downtown Manhattan.
Andrè Bruckmann — CEO & Founder

What is more important to you?

What is Mycro?
Simple jobs just in time.

Through an intuitively operated mobile app, everybody can post short-term jobs directly in the Mycro network. By intelligent and self-learning algorithms, which are known from dating platforms, these jobs are matched just-in-time with the right jobber.

The job will be done instantly. One person gains time, the other one money.

Unique token functionalities

1. Job shopping
When applying for a job, jobbers can use Mycro tokens (MYO) in order to land a better position on the job provider‘s dashboard. Similar to a bid on eBay auctions, the jobber does not pay until he has been given the job and the job has indeed been performed - documented on the blockchain. We call it job shopping.
2. Reward pool
All Mycro tokens (MYO) from the bid will be included in the reward pool. At the end of the job both users will be able to evaluate each other. Depending on the rating, the job provider and the jobber will receive tokens from the reward pool as incentives. The better the ratings the parties give each other, the more tokens they will get as incentives - controlled by a smart contract.
3. Payment instrument*
It is planned that providers will be able use Mycro tokens (MYO) to pay jobbers after a successful job - in a reliable and secure way using an escrow smart contract.

(*may be subject to official approval)

Unique usability

Mycro‘s success is significantly based on intuitive usability. The needs of job providers and jobbers must be satisfied in a fast and uncomplicated way. This happens by matching the right job offer with the right jobber. Only then do both parties achieve their goals. A good work product for the job provider. A pleasant and lucrative job for the jobber.

Why blockchain?

Fast and simple use By using intelligent and self-learning algorithms we are able to match the right job with the right jobber very fast. Jobprovider can post anytime. Jobbers see jobs anytime.
Trust The decentralized rating system and decentralized user verification are implemented by smart contracts on the blockchain. After evaluating each other the ratings are decentrally linked to the relevant user‘s wallet address.
Security The money is held by a decentralized escrow smart contract while the job is performed. Neither the job provider nor the jobber has access. The escrow contract will take care of the jobber's remuneration only if the job was successful.
Low fees It‘s our vision to convert Mycro into a completely decentralised application (dApp). By eliminating the intermediary, the fees of up to 30% charged by middlemen no longer have to be paid. Users merely pay 2% for the use of the Mycro dApp.
